This Michigan State Rose Bowl Preview Trailer Is Spartaaa!

Movies, Video

This fan-made trailer previewing Michigan State’s first Rose Bowl appearance in 25 years is packed with enough testosterone to garner a 50-game suspension from Major League Baseball.

Cleverly drawing from the movie 300, the video celebrates a Spartans squad that — similar to the ancient Spartans (although to a somewhat lesser extent) — excelled in an underdog role this season, going undefeated in the Big Ten after being picked to finish third in their own division.

It’s a fitting tribute to what many believe will be a classic slugfest in Pasadena on New Years Day.

This just shows how much Michigan State sucks: They're making movie trailers celebrating ONE Rose Bowl appearance. I dont see any other team in the country celebrating a bowl appearance. Not even UCF.

This would be cool if they were going in the NC game. Only people from Michigan would like this. Lame

@carnage_2012 This comment puts on full display everything that is wrong with college football now. Thank God I grew up in a time when the Rose, Orange, Sugar, and Cotton Bowls were what it was all about.
