Now if you’re a big fan of the WWE, you might notice that two major matches/story lines/wrestlers are missing. While one’s understandable, the other is kind of baffling.

The two missing wrestlers are Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero. The former headlined Wrestlemania XX and won the Heavyweight Championship against Triple H and Shawn Michaels in what is still considered one of the greatest matches in Wrestlemania history. Guerrero, meanwhile, won the WWE Championship that same night by beating Kurt Angle. The two champions then celebrated at the end of the event in the ring together, which was, at the time, one of the most beautiful moments in wrestling (it’s a long story–basically, those two guys were told for years they lacked the size to ever be big stars in the wrestling industry).

We know why Benoit is left out. He was involved in a tragic double-murder/suicide in 2007. The WWE has, as a result, practically erased him from the company’s existence.

But that Guerrero–who, unfortunately, died from heart failure in 2005–was completely left out of the game is odd. Perhaps they feared Guerrero’s title win that night was too closely associated with Benoit’s win.

Kurt Angle is signed with Tna. They wouldnt have been able to put that in the game with Kurt under contract there.

Guerrero is in the game though so you can recreate his matches with JBL if you really want to but unfortunately not his match with Kurt Angle.

As for Benoit, I disagree that his match with HBK and HHH was any good, I hated it and never liked Benoit the whole time he wrestled from WCW to WWE so I could care less about him to be honest. Nerver really liked him. I think he even had a mild form of dwarfism. Alsways found him difficult to look at and never liked his matches, apart from the ones he lost.

If you look at Eddie's Wrestlemania history his only real significant match at the event was the Kurt Angle match and unfortunately Angle doesn't have a previous deal with the game company like Hulk Hogan does so his TNA contract prevents him from being in the game.  Without that there really isn't a significant match for Eddie.

Btw he didn't win the title that night he defended the title against angle dummy!

Or, maybe Latino Heat was left out because of the restrictions of getting Kurt Angle in the game.

Because they can't include Kurt Angle. This is a stupid article. The writer should feel bad about themselves.
