Saturday Night Live did a painfully unfunny sketch about Ray Lewis over the weekend. Of course, Lewis found it hysterical (which makes sense since the sketch somehow didn’t include a reference to that whole homicide case thing) and even cried. Again. Lewis was also busy yesterday forgiving Wes Welker‘s wife, Anna, for ripping him on Facebook last week, saying, “I’ve always been a firm believer of the Good Book, and the Good Book always confirms, even a fool is counted wise until he opens he or she mouth.” I’m sure that line changed Anna’s opinion of Ray.
Liar, Liar, Pants On Fire
Ohio State President Gordon Gee took to Twitter last night to tell his followers that he was with the very excited Buckeyes faithful in their home arena for a game against Wisconsin. The only problem is that the Ohio State-Wisconsin game is tonight.
Eagles running back LeSean McCoy has apologized for his Twitter tirade against the mother of his child the other day. He also might be the first athlete to admit to lying about the old “hacked” excuse.
